**Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Property Manager. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the hospitality or real estate industry, specifically in lettings, guest services, reservation, property management or front office. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
**Responsibilities:**
– Assist in the management of short let residential properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.
– Experience of working with Channel Manager, Listing Properties etc.
– Conduct property inspection for prospective guests and handle guest enquiries.
– Manage property maintenance and repair requests, liaising with contractors and ensuring timely resolution.
– Conduct regular property inspections and generate inspection reports.
– Assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining accurate records, filing paperwork, and updating databases.
– Responding to guests request and concerns in a timely manner.
– Hands on with Property Furnishing or Refreshing Property when required.
– Maintain accurate records for all financial transactions and prepare reports for management
**Requirements:**
– Highly motivated individual and passionate about
– Min 1-2 years of experience in property management with Serviced Apartment Company.
– Strong understanding of the UK residential property market and relevant legislation.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and property management software.
– Self starter; ability to work alone and in team
– Ability to work in fast pace environment
– Ability to work under pressure.
– Valid UK driving licence and access to own car.
– Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
