Your Responsibilities:

  • Covert leads into opportunities
  • Understanding of global mobility program
  • Understanding Corporate & Relocation Market
  • Create and manage sales funnel and deal flow management.
  • Address day-to-day traveller and guest inquiries received by the guest services team as the main point of contact for the business traveller.
  • Handle client accommodation requests efficiently. Coordinate with serviced apartment properties and relevant stakeholders to meet guest requests promptly and to high standards.
  • Manage any changes to stays – such as cancellations and extensions. Follow operational protocols to complete administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Address and resolve any issues or complaints raised by guests to ensure satisfaction. Undertake any additional tasks as required by the management team.
  • Ability to suggest process improvements and implement best practice.

Desirable Skills, Qualities, and Experience:
At least six months of prior experience in a sales or partnerships position.
Strong business acumen.
Outstanding communication capabilities.
Self-driven with a focus on achieving results.
Thorough attention to detail.
Proficient problem-solving skills.
Task prioritisation and adjusting approach as needed.

 

Guest services experience: 1 year (preferred).
Hospitality experience: 1 year (preferred).

 

Requirements:

Valid work visa for the UK.
Excellent communication skills.
Valid UK Driving Licence preferable.
The successful candidate must pass a background verification.
